I find it very powerful and find myself nodding constantly when I’m reading it.

I try and talk to people like you described above and for me it’s usually the best part of my day.

Even something as little as smiling at them can be a big change and although I know it’s cliched but ‘it makes the world a brighter place’.

I’m not over my daddy issues and I never will be probably, but I just thought it could make things better and it did. Surprisingly with me dad and it did make me feel much better. Maybe because it was the right thing to do. I didn’t fins anything about him that I hadn’t already known, but it was refreshing, it was a relief to be freed from all the hatred, tension, resentment and stress.
